Terms of service

Last updated 17 September 2026. An agreement between you (the merchant) and Superfine Designs.

1. What you're getting

B2B Quick Wholesale is a Shopify app that adds a wholesale ordering page to your storefront, creates and manages wholesale shipping rates, applies checkout rules that decide which shipping rates each shopper sees, and reports on your B2B setup. Installing the app means you accept these terms.

2. What you need

An active Shopify store on a plan that supports B2B, an Online Store 2.0 theme, and Shopify's current customer accounts. Shopify's own features, pricing and limits are theirs, not ours, and may change.

3. Your responsibilities

• The accuracy of your prices, catalogs, products, stock and shipping rates.
• Checking your setup with a test order before inviting buyers.
• Complying with the laws that apply to your business, including tax and consumer law.
• Removing the app's wholesale rates, using the button provided, before uninstalling.

4. Billing

The app costs $34.95 per month, charged through Shopify with a 7-day free trial. Shopify collects payment on our behalf under their billing terms. Cancel at any time from your Shopify admin; the app stops at the end of the current billing period. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, but if something has gone genuinely wrong, email us and we'll sort it out.

5. Changes to the app

We improve the app regularly. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you rely on, we'll tell you in advance where we can.

6. Support

Support is by email at b2bquickwholesale@gmail.com, aiming for a reply within one business day. Support covers the app. We'll happily point you in the right direction on Shopify's own B2B setup, but we can't be your Shopify administrator.

7. Availability

We work to keep the app available, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. Your storefront, cart and checkout are run by Shopify and are not affected if our server is unavailable.

8. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost sales. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Two practical notes, in plain language. First: the app creates shipping rates in your store and can remove them; check your rates after setup. Second: if you uninstall without removing the wholesale rates, retail shoppers may see them. We warn you about both in the app.

9. Ending the agreement

You can uninstall at any time. We may suspend or end access if the app is used unlawfully or in a way that harms the service or other merchants. On termination, your session data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live.
