Billing questions
How am I charged?
Through Shopify. The charge appears on your normal Shopify bill, and you approve it once when you install. We never see your card.
What happens after the 7 days?
The subscription starts at $34.95 a month. Cancel before it ends and you're charged nothing.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. $400 a year instead of $34.95 a month, billed once through Shopify. It works out a little cheaper than paying monthly, and it is one charge to think about instead of twelve. The 7-day free trial applies either way.
What if I have more than one store?
Each store installs and is billed separately, because that's how Shopify app billing works.
Is there a free plan?
No. One plan keeps support good and the product simple, which is the trade we'd rather make.
