Billing questions
How am I charged?
Through Shopify. The charge appears on your normal Shopify bill, and you approve it once when you install. We never see your card.
What happens after the 7 days?
The subscription starts at $34.95 a month. Cancel before it ends and you're charged nothing.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. If that would help you, email us and say so — that's how we decide what to add.
What if I have more than one store?
Each store installs and is billed separately, because that's how Shopify app billing works.
Is there a free plan?
No. One plan keeps support good and the product simple, which is the trade we'd rather make.
