The whole journey
What a wholesale order looks like, start to finish.
Your buyer opens your ordering page
It's a normal page on your store, so you can link it from your menu, an email or an invoice. Signed-out visitors see a sign-in prompt, never your wholesale prices.
They sign in with a six-digit code
Shopify's own customer accounts. No password to reset, no separate wholesale login for you to administer. They land back on the ordering page, not your home page.
They see their company's pricing
The catalog assigned to their location: their prices, their products, their minimums. If they buy for more than one location, they pick which one first.
They fill the form
Type quantities down the list, or start from their last order. The running total and free-shipping progress update as they go. A half-finished order is saved automatically.
They add everything to the cart in one go
Your theme's cart, with your theme's bag icon updating, and an "In cart" marker next to every product they've added.
Checkout shows wholesale shipping only
Your wholesale rate tiers, with retail postage hidden. Net terms, PO numbers and everything else Shopify B2B offers work as normal.
The order lands in Shopify like any other
Tagged to the company, with the buyer's note attached. Your fulfilment process doesn't change at all.
