Wholesale ordering for Shopify
The wholesale order form Shopify B2B is missing.
One page where your buyers see their own prices, type quantities and order — plus wholesale shipping that retail shoppers never see. Try it below.
Try:
type 5 in the first row — it becomes 6, because it's sold in sixes
order more than the stock left
press Add all to cart
Shopify's prices, not a copy
Prices, catalogs, minimums and stock come from Shopify's own B2B. Nothing to sync, no customer tags to keep up with.
Wholesale shipping stays wholesale
Retail shoppers never see your wholesale rates. The app builds the rates and the checkout rules for you.
A checklist, not a manual
It reads your store and names what's missing in plain language, with a button to the fix.
What's included
Everything a repeat order needs.
Quick order and catalog views
A dense list for buyers who know their SKUs, a picture grid for buyers who don't.
Minimums, case sizes, stock
Enforced as they type, so you're not fixing orders afterwards.
Same as last time
One click fills the form with their previous order.
Drafts and order notes
A half-typed order survives a closed tab. PO numbers arrive on the order.
Wholesale rate tiers
"$10 under $100, free over $250", created in every zone that needs them.
Looks like your store
Inherits your theme's fonts and colours. Works on a phone.

Quick answers
Do I need Shopify Plus?
No. B2B is included on Basic, Grow, Advanced and Plus. Plus adds catalogs assigned directly to individual companies; other plans assign them through B2B markets, and the ordering page works either way. Requirements.
Does this change my retail storefront?
No. Only signed-in wholesale buyers can use the ordering page, and retail shoppers never see wholesale shipping rates.
Where do the prices come from?
From the catalog you assign in Shopify. The app stores no prices of its own, so they can't drift out of sync.
What if I uninstall?
Remove the wholesale rates first, with the button in the app. Otherwise they stay behind and retail shoppers would see them.
