Privacy policy

Last updated 17 September 2026. Applies to the B2B Quick Wholesale Shopify app and this website, both operated by Superfine Designs ("we", "us").

The short version

  • The app reads your store's data to do its job, and keeps almost none of it.
  • We do not store your customers' names, email addresses or order contents.
  • We do not sell data, run advertising, or share data with anyone except the services listed below that are needed to run the app.
  • This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.

What the app reads from your store

When you install B2B Quick Wholesale, you grant access to parts of your Shopify admin. The app reads this data when you open it, to build the setup checklist and the shipping screens:

  • Companies, company locations and contact counts — to check who can sign in and who has pricing. This is Shopify "protected customer data".
  • Catalogs, price lists and products — to check wholesale pricing exists and is sensible.
  • Shipping profiles, zones and rates — to create, name and remove your wholesale rate tiers.
  • Themes and pages — to create your ordering page and confirm the order form is on it.
  • Shop details — name, currency, plan and email, for wording and checks.

This data is read when a screen is opened and used to produce what you see. It is not copied into a database of ours, and it is not used for any other purpose.

What we store

  • Your Shopify session: your store's domain and the access token Shopify issues, so the app can talk to your store. Stored on our server for as long as the app is installed.
  • Your app settings: your shipping rules and rate tiers. These live in your own Shopify store as metafields, not on our server.
  • Support emails: if you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can help you.

We do not store customer names, email addresses, addresses, orders, products or prices.

What your buyers' browsers store

The ordering page saves a half-finished order in the buyer's own browser, so they don't lose their work. It stays on their device, is readable only by your store's own pages, and is never sent to us. It contains product quantities only.

Who else processes data

  • Shopify Inc. — your store and all its data.
  • Render Services, Inc. — hosting for the app's server (United States).
  • Google LLC — our support email address is a Gmail address, so emails you send us are processed by Google.

That is the complete list. No analytics, no advertising networks, no data brokers.

How long we keep things

Your session is deleted when you uninstall the app. Shopify also sends us mandatory data requests: a request for a customer's data, a request to delete a customer's data, and a request to delete a store's data 48 hours after uninstall. We act on all three. Because we hold no customer data, a customer deletion request usually means there is nothing to delete, and we confirm that.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see what data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to how it is used. Email b2bquickwholesale@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are a shopper rather than a merchant, contact the store you bought from; they are the controller of your data and we act on their instructions.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access tokens are stored on a private, encrypted disk and are never shown in the app. Access to the server is limited to the people who maintain it. If we ever suffer a breach affecting your data, we will tell you promptly and tell you what to do.

Children

The app is for businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for material changes, email merchants with the app installed.
